Ashwood Wins the Hamilton Island GP Freestyle While Parbery Dominates Small Tour at Sydney CDI

Sheridyn Ashwood and Prestige VDL won the Hamilton Island Grand Prix in great style showing new freestyle music and choreography and winning with every individual judge with both technical and artistic marks. Their performance was enthusiastic and elastic, fulfilling all the judges' needs to win this prestigious event. Second place went to Heath Ryan and Regardez Moi with Rozzie Ryan in third place with GV Bullwinkle. Brett Parbery, another popular NSW member, dominated the small tour results winning all his outings on the lovely DP Weltmieser. In a contest of two riders, Brett and Tor van den Berge took out the top four placings in the Prix St Georges and Inter 1 classes and the top three places in the Intermediate Freestyle. NSW members Judy Dierks, Rodney Martin and Rachael Downs also featured on the podium in the Advanced classes and Young Horse results.  Well done to the organising committee for yet another fabulous Sydney CDI.
