Child Protection
Our commitment to child protection
Protecting children from risk of harm is a responsibility that we must all undertake.
Through the implementation of strategies that assist in preventing child abuse from occurring, the Equestrian Federation of Australia (NSW) Inc. has taken a pro-active role in relation to child protection.
These strategies will help to foster a safe and positive environment for children and young people to participate in physical activities.
The Equestrian Federation of Australia (NSW) Inc. is committed to ensuring that the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people is maintained at all times during their participation in activities run by the EFA NSW it’s representatives and affiliates.
Our aim is to promote a safe environment for all children and to assist all officials, coaches’ members and volunteers to recognise indicators of risk or harm and to follow the appropriate reporting procedures.
